One of the things you can do with Sonnant is improve the accuracy of the transcript and accurately transcribing unique word, not just everyday words that you want to have correct. For example, you might have people names, products, possibly acronyms in your content that you’re trying to ensure come through accurately. So to ensure we get that accuracy for every piece of content, we can use custom vocabulary. You can create a list of 1000 individual terms and upload that list. Then, you’ll have accurate transcription and capturing of all of your terms for every single piece of content you upload.
